Carpet Bowls
We meet every Wednesday evening in the village hall. Several members have entered competitions in Littleport and Ramsey, and although we did not win we played very well.
New members are very welcome, especially, younger ones. Why not give ua a try?

Bury Art Group

We are a small, cheerful self help group who meet on a Wednesday afternoon in the Village Hall. Normally we each arrive and leave at a time to suit ourselves between 1 - 4pm and we use any medium of our choice. We have ceased our meetings for the summer, however we start again on Wednesday 3rd September 1 - 4pm.
We have found it unneccesary to have a teacher, as we help each other and, as with most things, it is practice that brings the best results. The abilities of the group range from struggling to superb, but the criticism is always constructive and there is usually someone who has experienced a particular problem before and can help with a suggested solution.
We would welcome new members the only expense being an equal share to hire the hall, which is usually in a 10 week block, and a turn in providing the inevitable cup of tea.
Please take the opportunity to visit the Art Exhibition at Ramsey Rural Museum on 12th / 13th July, you may see some of our work on display.

Bury Village Club

We continue to meet every 2nd Wednesday in the month in the Village Hall. Various games are enjoyed - Carpet Bowls, Scrabble, Darts, Dominoes etc.
Sometimes we have Bingo sessions and sometimes a speaker. On 28th May we had a outing to Wisbech and then onto the Old Mill at Upwell for entertainment and tea.
