Like your own GP our doctors are independently indemnified and registered with the General Medical Council, who themselves rigorously assess the standards of their members.

 To date, 70% of all GP-line Member's medical issues have been resolved by our convenient telephone consultancy procedure, whilst the remaining 30% have had their concerns referred to their own GP or specialist practitioner.

Members calls are treated within the strictest ethical practice of doctor/patient confidentiality and consultations are recorded for protection of Members and Doctors alike, with transcripts available to a patient's own GP where appropriate.
