You immediately become a member once your Annual Fee payment is cleared via our secure virtual banking system. Upon acceptance a Membership Card & Agreement will be forwarded, but you can use the GP-line service straight away if you wish, using the details provided by the Operator, as follows:

Simply call the GP-line number and quote your Membership Number. The Operator will quickly take the number you are calling from, so that the GP you are allocated can call you back at our expense- wherever you are in the world! (When calling from the UK your initial call to us will only be charged on your 'phone account at Local Rates too!)

The doctor will call you back, on average, within 15 minutes to discuss your medical concerns. You may wish to give the Operator a different number of another location, together with a specific time at which you would prefer the consultation.
 Calls are not limited, so GP-line enables you to talk fully and confidentially and without the pressure of knowing there's a waiting room full of patients.

However, you must remember the golden rule- this is not a paramedical or emergency service and our doctors do not provide prescriptions.
