Teg. Floral dec. end-papers. Imperial 4to / 13.5 inches x 18inches/ 33cm x 45cm. Illustrated with 20 line engravings after drawings by J.M.W. Turner; by various engravers. With descriptions by Mrs. Alfred Hunt and an introduction by Marcus B. Huish, LL.B. Editor of 'The Art Journal'. The plate 'Richmond Town' has a light damp stain to the back. The title page has been slightly damaged to the fore-edge to one edge with Japan paper. Cloth rubbed and indented in places at front; spine bumped at top/bottom edges and corners. a few marks to a few pages and light scattered spotting. Otherwise, a lovely, large, sound book. Vg.
