With 16 half-tone plates and descriptions of the paintings etc. including of eight paintings of fish with listings of all the fish in each picture and a table of Names/genus/Description/Season. Wear to edges and top/tail spine. No dust-jacket. Page edges brown. End-papers browned and there is an 'offset' of a book-plate on the front inside board onto the ffep. The plate is from the Library of George Charles Williamson, Burgh House, Hampstead.
