How to order with Field and Forces
PAYMENT BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD
Complete the order form with details of your purchases, name, address, phone number and carriage costs. We will contact you by phone on the first working day (Monday to Saturday) after you place your order to confirm your purchases are in stock, to advise of a delivery date and to obtain your Credit/Debit Card details. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, American Express, Maestro and SOLO. We do not retain any Credit/Debit Card details on computer so we request that you do not pass this information to us over the Internet.
PAYMENT BY CHEQUE OR POSTAL ORDER
Print off and complete the order form or simply put your request to us in the form of a letter. We do advise that prior to sending your order in the post you contact us to check on stock levels. Please remember to include a contact phone number with your order.
COMPLETING THE ORDER FORM
When placing your order for clothing remember to state your waist size, chest size, inside leg and/or height. You should put his information in the notes space at the bottom of the order form.
You will be provided an opportunity to preview and change your order before it is processed.
Normally we despatch orders within 5 working days of receipt, however you should allow up to 28 days for delivery.
If you wish to phone us to discuss products before you order you can do so on 01833 631115. As we also manage shooting we are away from the office at various times each day and the ansa-phone will be switched on, please leave your name, phone number and any message and we will contact you on our return.
Carriage is free on orders over £60 to UK mainland addresses. Carriage charges are £3.50 up to £21.99 and £5 on orders of £22 up to £60.
All our prices include VAT at 17.5%
We are no longer able to accept orders from outside the UK.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you require any items replacing (for example you require a different size or specification), please return them within seven working days of receipt and enclose a note of your requirements.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order please notify us in writing within seven working days from the date on which you received the goods. The goods should be retuned to us immeadiatley and on their return we will make a full refund for the value of the goods returned.
The customer is responsible for the safe return of goods, we recommend you insure the package and send it via "Recorded" delivery. The customer is responsible for the return postage costs unless the goods are faulty.
Goods returned for refund or replacement must be un-used and maintained in good condition with all labels and packing in tact.
