Mary Madhavi has dedicated her life to Yoga, is an experienced intuitive teacher and group facilitator. She is internationally renowned and shares Retreats, Workshops and Seminars worldwide.

Her yoga life began with her teacher the late Philip Jones with whom she studied extensively and continuously. She also studied in depth the practices of the Swami Gitananda, becoming an Albion Yoga Teacher with Alan Babbington. Furthurimg her training with the Sivananda organisation attaing an ATTC. Mary now develops her practice with Swami Indrananda from the Patanjali yoga centre and with the British Wheel of Yoga running seminars for them. Her studies are ongoing with the Bihar School, all this giving her an eclectic and sensitive approach to practice.

Mary is dedicated to sharing Yoga as a way of life, encouraging students to look deeply at themselves. Her work encompasses a dynamic and grounded approach to yoga and meditation practices. Her sessions are infused with her lovable personality, joy for life and her warm acceptance of everyone.

All aspects of Yoga are encouraged including Dynamic Asana (exercise) relaxation, Yoga Nidra, meditation, philosophy and chanting.

After a serious road accident she learnt at first hand the power of Yoga by overcoming her disability against the odds. This has enabled her to inspire and help teachers and students alike to use the amazing power of practical classical Yoga to invigorate their lives, a powerful, transformative and heart opening experience
