This Retreat will give you space to experience the power of Dynamic Classical Yoga Practice. You will also have space to rest in the afternoons, swimming in the heated swimming pool, walking in the beautiful surroundings. Hatha Yoga sessions take place either in the wonderful Yoga Barn or next to the Mill Pond. We will take meditation walks in the woods, practice Pranayama (breathing practices), and a full range of relaxation techniques. Evening sessions will vary including relaxation, meditation, healing circles, bonfire, chanting and discussion.

Duncton Mill is a fabulous venue, this is one of the places where Mary takes her personal Retreats and she is excited to be able to share her pleasure of this place with you. The Programme she will offer is a full one beginning with early morning Yoga to wake us up and ending at the end of a full day with ways to calm and relax. She hopes that this will become a venue that people love in the way that she does. There is a charm here that is different to any other place; there is a peace here.

Sunday

Arrive after 4.30 p.m. time is given to find your surroundings and settle in.
7.30 p.m. Dinner
8.15 p.m Introductions and meditation

Daily Programme
7.00 a.m. Early morning session in Fabulous Yoga Barn
8.00 a.m. Breakfast
10.15 a.m. Main Hatha Yoga Session
1.00 p.m. Lunch
Afternoons will give time for yourself to swim in the pool, read or walk in the wonderful surrounding.
7.00 p.m. Dinner
8.15 p.m. Evening session

One afternoon there will be an opportunity to visit a local town or country village. We will practice Yoga as an experience, we will rest and relax in wonderful surroundings, this is well worth your taking part.
