Autumn in Sutton Courtenay is a time when the trees are beautiful and the area is restful. The plants are delightful and the walks lovely. This Retreat offers you a space to settle your heart and mind, to stretch your body, to breath into your self and relax. Come to Sutton Courtenay and you will remember this for the rest of your life. A place to be yourself, away from the madding crowd. A space to Practice Yoga, Meditate, concentrate and give yourself a space of peace and tranquility. You will eat well, sleep well, exercise well, relax well, meditate well and go back to your life refreshed and renewed.


PROGRAM

We arrive after 4.30 p.m. and have time to settle in
7.00 p.m. Dinner
8.15 p.m. Introductions; meditation and chanting.

Saturday
6.00 a.m. Meditation
6.30 a.m. Early morning Yoga.
8.00 a.m. Breakfast
9.00 a.m. Karma Yoga. This is your opportunity to share in the work of the Retreat. In silence we help with preparing lunch, working outdoors in the garden or what ever is needed. This is a precious time of calm.
10.15 a.m. Main Hatha Yoga session
1.00 p.m. Lunch and Space to rest or walk the River Thames.
3.30 p.m. Breath work and relaxation.
5.30 p.m. Space to walk or rest.
7.00 p.m. Dinner
8.15 p.m. Meditation, Philosophy andor weather permitting a bonfire
10.00 p.m. Bedtime

Sunday
Sunday as Saturday till lunch; after lunch a short leaving session.
3.00 p.m. Travel home.
