Take a precious space practicing Yoga in this wonderful listed building. Early morning Yoga Practice takes place in the family Living room looking out on the gardens and river. Weather permitting we will work outside next to the river or in the walled garden. You can wade in the river and look up at the wonderful views. A place of soothe the heart and mind.
Mary will take you through a dynamic and practical Yoga Experience practice that is personal to yourself and also connecting in harmony with those around you. A space of peace, tranquility, stretching and opening the body and encouraging a more perceptive and creative approach to life.

Friday
We arrive after 4.30 p.m. and have time to settle in
7.00 p.m. Dinner
8.15 p.m. Introductions and meditation.
Saturday
6.00 a.m. Meditation
6.30 a.m. Early morning Yoga.
8.00 a.m. Breakfast
9.00 a.m. Karma Yoga.
This is your opportunity to share in the work of the Retreat. In silence we help with preparing lunch, working outdoors in the garden or what ever is needed. This is a precious time of calm.
10.15 a.m. Main Hatha Yoga session
1.00p.m. Lunch From Lunch till 3.30 we have rest and free time.
3.30 p.m. Meditation, pranayama (breathing) and discussion.
7.00 p.m. Dinner
8.15 p.m. Evening session
Sunday
Sunday is as Saturday till lunch. We leave at 3.00p.m.
