Craniosacral Therapy A powerful yet gentle, holistic therapy helps you to experience our own truth and acknowledge your own beauty.
This hands on body work therapy enables you to access and work with deep-seated levels of tension. Blockages held within are released, transforming suppressed energy into a powerful sense of peace, health and stability. Working with a process called Reflection, you are encouraged to acknowledge habitually held blockages within the body and mind. You can then release and transform these held tensions to give deep seated healing for body, mind and spirit.
RELEASE OF TRAUMA Craniosacral Therapy works at a deep-seated level of healing and transformation. The process is gentle yet powerful, as it works with your present life’s challenges or past Karma. This work is also helpful for relieving the painful symptoms of arthritis, migraine, M.S., Colic in babies, M.E., dyslexia, eye problems, neck problems, spinal issues. Mary works with children of all ages, with challenges of any sort. She works with babies, attending the birth of many to help release any potential birth stresses for the baby. HOWEVER YOU do not need to have problems to come for a session, if you are tired or exhausted Craniosacral Therapy enlivens and encourages the tides of the body, rejuvenating and enhancing energy. Invigorating and building up potency within the body and mind.
