SUNDAY WORKSHOPS

These days encourage a deeper understanding of Yoga practice. We work to a high standard of Asana (exercise) Pranayama (breathing) and meditational techniques including chanting for all. Teachers, students and those simply interested in Yoga are welcome.

2nd March

Pranayama, means control the life force through breathing practices. We will learn rejuvenating pranayamas to calm our minds, invigorate our energies, harmonise and balance the body.


18th May

All of us in our stressful lives need to relax mind and body. This day is a way to help you to cope and enjoy life. Experience stretches that will relax you. Learn how Breathing exercises will enhance your daily life. Find a space of calm.


22nd June

Koshas. The five subtle bodies and how they affect us. An interesting way of looking at our lives and ourselves.


14th September

12th October

Kirtan. The use of sound, of chants and vibration to raise consciousness encourage positive being and happiness. Is said to be the quickest way to Enlightenment.

16th November

Hasta Mudra. Neuromuscular gestures that encourage deeper breathing by linking energy channels throughout the body. They calm the mind, moving us towards a meditative state.

14th December

A day for Christmas Meditation
