None of the Surveys normally include tests of the wiring, drains, water system, wall ties, heating system or a roof inspection using long builders ladders, nor reports on Land Contamination, Hazardous or Deleterious materials, Radon Gas, or High Voltage Electrical Equipment, but these can be arranged to be carried out by specialist contractors either at the same time as the inspection of the main structure, or after the report on the main structure has been considered. Additional fees will be charged for the tests of services etc., plus the Surveyors additional supervision costs.
