We strongly recommend that you obtain via your Legal Advisers an Environmental Report, which will highlight any problems due to Flooding, poor Geological Strata, Pollution, Land Fill, Rubbish Tips, Old Industrial Workings, Mining, Radon Gas, Radiation Sources Etc. Alternatively we would be pleased to obtain one on your behalf. The cost for a Report of about 20 Pages would be about £45.00 not subject to VAT.
