Diane Spark - Project Manager (35 hours) Main areas of responsibility include:- Fundraising to keep all aspects of the project going Reporting and accounting to numerous project funders Management of project staff, premises & resources Richard Betton - Local Farmers Liaison Worker (17.5 hours) [also Farm Crisis Network (FCN) Regional Director Northern Counties working out of UTASS 2 days per week] Main areas of responsibility include:- Advice on farming legislation and policy including problem solving Dissemination of vital information for livestock farmers through briefings, meetings or one to one Representation and response to government consultations Tessa Wigham - Agricultural Secretary (10 hours) Main areas of responsibility include:- Assisting farmers in setting up sustainable methods of dealing with their on farm paperwork Training farmers on record keeping requirements Supporting farmers with the conversion of their records on to computerised systems Julia Stephenson - Training Coordinator & Admin. Support (24.5 hours) Main areas of responsibility include:- Accessing training courses appropriate to members' requirements and wherever possible arranging these locally Administration support for members Ann Bell - Office Systems Coordinator & Admin. Support (17.5 hours) Main areas of responsibility include:- Producing daily monitoring figures for current funders of the project Administration support for members Anne Scott - Finance & Administration Support Worker (17.5 hours) Main areas of responsibility include:- Dealing with financial matters Providing reception and secretarial support to the UTASS project Administration support for members Gordon A Jones - Children and Young People's Coordinator & Admin. Support (28 hours) Main areas of responsibility include:- Providing reception and secretarial support to the UTASS project Administration support for members Training, Supporting and Advising on E Safeguarding and CAF Awareness Representative on the Dales LCB, LCRG & VCS Communities of Interest Lucy Jenkins - Project Officer - Developing the UTASS Endowment Fund (5 hours) Main areas of responsibility include:- Seeking funding for the running of UTASS Jen Smurthwaite (14 Hours) Main areas of responsibility include:- Cleaning and domestic work at the UTASS Office Youth worker in our Young People's Drop In.
